tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-290723472011-04-21T15:41:33.086-07:00btyguyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14516386788788148879noreply@blogger.comBlogger21100tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29072347.post-1149368987802610452006-06-03T13:31:00.000-07:002006-06-03T14:09:47.816-07:00<span style="font-size:85%;"><span style="font-family: verdana;">i am convinced that folks in chicago are always at some variation of being drunk. heck, its rare to see a corner without a pub or at least a 6-pack shop. the bf and i recently moved into the heart of wrigleyville - getting its name from wrigley field (home of the cubs). in this corner of boystown, clark street is lined with sports bars and english style pubs to cater to the influx of fans for cubs games. needless to say, its an interesting area - a bastion of straightdom in the midst of boystown. that said, there's always something interesting going on in our alley (read: drunk boys).<br /><br />this morning was no different. across the alley from us, perched on a patio, some boys must have had a late night/early morning. since i got up (930a), they have been sunning themselves, drinking, "smoking" and made several references to a "bag being empty". heck, two of them made a run to taco bell - munchies? not to get all "rear window" on them, but they are hardly being discrete.<br /><br />just sloppy. i'm so glad i have never been like that.
